We ate at a new restaurant last night called Bridge. It's a tap house and wine bar with over 200 beers, 36 of those on tap. When you walk in, the bar area is on the first floor and the dining area is on the second floor. We sat at a table that overlooked the bar. A little noisy perhaps, but I enjoyed looking at all of the different beer bottles on the shelves behind the bar.
We started with the pretzels and queso dip and the cheddar board. Bill had the strip steak sandwich and I had the herb roasted tomatoes and spaetzle. I had a Left Hand Chocolate Starfish and a Ska Brewing Modus Hoperandi. Bill had a North Coast Old #38 and an Avery IPA. Growlers are available for purchase but since we're going to the St. Louis Brewers Heritage Festival today, we figured that we'd have our fill of beer. :)
Well, we're off to the festival. Check back tomorrow for the details.
